As the Event Planner for Rendezvous there are many things I take away, but what sticks with me on a personal level is accepting the wonder of who God created me to be. When I am being my true self in Christ Jesus, His righteousness, peace, and joy flow. The power of His Spirit is released. My faith is put into action.

It was so much fun! So many events to participate with friends old and new. Amazing music and incredible food.
I think the most meaningful was making new friends as we learned how to ‘attune’ to each other, a skill that is missing in most gatherings!

We are going forth with greater spiritual and relational maturity. We are becoming the holy and glorious ‘Wonders of God’.

He is actively gathering a blend of His people ready to share the gifts within each of us. The Father’s banner of love is over us.

May we be refreshed in the cascading Glory of His Presence as He visits us. We will experience deeper levels of awe and wonder together at who He is and who we are.

Being connected as we journey together through His creation.
  Immanuel Way
Being Our True Selves. He is God with us. Experiencing one word or touch from Him heals hurting hearts.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A four-day gathering—September 25–28, 2025—celebrating Rosh Hashanah, in the tradition of the Old West Rendezvous of the early 1800’s themed “Rendezvous: God of Wonders”, hosted by Tetons United.

It’s a multi-generational, community gathering—open to all, particularly Disciples of Jesus and Vibrant Families of Jesus.

Yes, registration is required to attend. There is a minimal cost which includes unlimited snacks and drinks, two dinners, special surprises. Half Price Early Bird Registration ends August 23rd!

It’s held in the Teton region (Grand Teton area), involving outdoor venues in the Big Tent and Big Yard at the Prindle’s in Trout’s Ranch at 4711 Brown Drake Ct, Tetonia, Idaho.

Please use the main Trout’s Ranch Drive road off Highway 33 with the big log entrance, not the farm entrance to the south that Google and Apple maps will direct you to.

Just look for the Big Tent and Tipi. See maps of property here.

The end objective is for each person to recognize they are a wonderful creation of God, and the more they can be their true self, the greater release of Kingdom power flows from Jesus to one another.

Expect guided experiences that increase your capacity for joy- including sharing your story and hearing others. There will exercises to Behold the God of Wonders and His creation.

Some activities will increase your sense of Belonging. There will be Jesus Led worship, fun expressions of joy and intercession around parachutes, drum circles, community meals, sunrises and sunsets, spaces for prayer, a peace tipi and much more.

All of this will be in the great outdoors, whether in the Big Tent or the Big Yard. There will be surprises, some known to the hosts and some known only to Jesus. Think of this gathering as a Big Birthday party for Jesus who celebrates us all.

The event has a small registration fee- though attendees arrange and cover their own travel, lodging, and some meals. Evening meals are included and there are snacks and drinks available throughout.

There are “fellowship funds” available to help with some of the costs for attendees. These are given on a case-by-case basis and applied for here.

Attendees are also responsible for free time adventures ranging from simple hikes to more involved river floats. There is a lot to explore and your local hosts will be happy to help you figure out the details.

In some cases they may be available to guide some of the activities.

Organized by Tetons United, an equipping ministry focused on personal transformation, equipping men and women with tools backed by brain science to accelerate personal breakthrough – and activating them to transform the world.

Were are part of the global relational revolution preparing disciples for the harvest. For more insight to our hearts, check us out here.

The Tipi is set up as a place of peace to connect with Jesus, the Prince of Peace. We are offering limited Immanuel Prayer sessions with trained facilitators. To reserve a time during the afternoon break, please schedule here.

When you see the door open, the Tipi will be available to all attendees for personal journaling, tribal meetings, and whatever else helps to connect you with Jesus and one another.

No formal lodging provided. Options near the venue include Tetonia, Driggs, Victor (ID). Airbnb’s offer some of the best value for lodging. Book early due to seasonal demand.

Check out our suggestions for lodging here.

Community meals for the evening sessions (Thursday, Fri, Sat) and refreshments are provided throughout the event. If you have special diet needs, you will need to be prepared to accommodate your needs.

Port-a-pottys are on site and water access, but best to bring personal supplies too. We are asking attendees to respect the Prindle’s home by asking for any access or questions about the property.

September in the Tetons can be cool, especially evenings—bring layered clothing, footwear for walking, hiking, and playing in the grass, a ball cap and sunglasses are always a good idea.

Typically, in Teton Valley, September marks the definite change from summer to fall. On average, the high daytime temperature can be in the 70’s to 60’s. At night expect a 20-30 degree drop in temperatures.

The sun shines about eight hours a day, but sometimes the valley sees its first measurable snow in late September!

Bottom line, be prepared! All activities will be outdoors in the Big Tent or the Big Yard.

Sunrise: 7:17am
Moonrise: 11:24am
Sunset: 7:20pm
Moonset: 8:41pm
Day length: 12h
